MUSEUM-WORTHY EDGAR DEGAS OIL

This spectacular and magnificently framed painting is attributed to the great Edgar Degas and bares his signature in the lower right corner. There is a significant Collection of G.D. Thompson certificate verso. This magnificent Degas is priced as “attributed to” because it came from a prominent Venezuelan family who wishes to remain anonymous at this time. It is not known if they acquired it when the Thompson collection was liquidated.
